WALNUT BEACH
ANNUAL

SAND CASTLE CONTEST
 

Sat. July 21, 2010

This is one of the most popular annual events in Milford. Sponsored by New Haven Savings Bank, the Sand Castle Contest draws hundreds of participants who create sculptures that emerge from the beach. If you want to enter bring a shovel and bucket. Categories include Individuals, Family, Friends and Clubs. Trophies and Cash Prizes are given in each category with a "best in competition" award. There is no entry fee other than a non-resident parking fee of $5.
